Right to return

1. Cancelling your order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

2. Returning the product

After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

3. Refund

If you withdraw from the entire order, you will receive a refund of the order amount due, including the cost of standard delivery. Any reduction in value permitted by law may be deducted.

The cost of returning the product from your address to the online store is your responsibility. You can choose a shipping method using the returns form.

4. Conditions for the right of withdrawal

The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories, where reasonably possible.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have provided evidence that you have returned it, whichever is earlier, unless we have offered to collect the product ourselves. The refund will be made using the same payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method. We will not charge a fee for this.

5. Important

You may unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Use beyond this does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal. However, any resulting reduction in value may be deducted to the extent permitted by law.

Returning furniture

Would you like to return furniture? Please always contact us first so that we can discuss the options together.

If you would like to use our collection and disassembly service, the charge is €185. Our delivery team will disassemble the furniture at your home and take it back with them.

Return the furniture with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition. Use beyond what is necessary to assess the furniture does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal. Any reduction in value permitted by law may be deducted. After receiving and checking the return, we will process the refund in accordance with our returns conditions.
